Qurat ul Ain Malik Our CEO
Qurat ul Ain Malik is the Founder and CEO of Little Voices Rehabilitation Center, Faisalabad, with over 17 years of professional experience in the fields of clinical psychology and speech & language pathology. A gold medalist, she earned her MS in Clinical Psychology from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Education, Lahore.
She is the only IBAO-USA Certified Behavior Therapist in Faisalabad, a lifetime member of the Pakistan Psychological Association, and a member of the Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association.
Her clinical experience spans reputed institutions including Fauji Foundation Hospital, Foundation University, AFIMH(Rawalpindi), DHQ Hospital-Faisalabad, Faisalabad International Hospital, and Faisal Hospital. For over five years, she has been leading Little Voices Rehabilitation Center, specializing in early intervention and therapy for children with special needs. Her approach integrates the latest national and international training in neurodevelopmental and behavioral therapies.

Farwa Ghaffar is the Managing Director of Little Voices Rehabilitation Center, Faisalabad, bringing over 9 years of dedicated experience in clinical psychology and speech & language pathology. She holds an MSc in Applied Psychology from GC University Faisalabad, an MS in Clinical Psychology from Riphah International University-Faisalabad, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Education, Lahore. She is a member of Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association.
Her professional journey includes roles at prominent institutions such as DHQ Hospital Faisalabad, Madina Teaching Hospital-Faisalabad and Cleft Care Hospital. For more than five years, she has been successfully leading Little Voices Rehabilitation Center as MD, focusing on comprehensive care and therapy for children with special needs. Renowned for her expertise, she is widely regarded as one of the leading speech therapistsin Faisalabad.
